How do I know if the therapy is right for me?
Once you've made the decision to see me, the first session will help me understand your history, current difficulties, and challenges. We will also determine if this is the right fit for both of us. If I recommend that you continue in therapy and we work together, I will tailor the treatment to your needs. Otherwise, I will refer you to another practitioner.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
This completely depends upon the person. However, generally, if you have OCD, expect to be in treatment from 6 months to a year, depending on how often you come per week.
