Led by Experienced KAP Facilitators in Manhattan
Facilitated by my friend and colleague, Jon Belford, he and I create a space that fosters self-actualization while highlighting the strength of patience.
Your journey includes:
3 group KAP experiences
Each session lasts 4 hours
Occurring once every 4 months, 3 times per year
Sessions will likely take place at Jon’s home/office on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, replete with garden
Program Structure and Timeline
Preparation Phase
Engage in personalized one-on-one remote meetings with Jon or both facilitators.
Delve into your history, set intentions, and prepare for the transformative journey ahead.
KAP Day
Immerse yourself in a 4-hour group session on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
These sessions blend mindfulness, intention, and concrete steps toward personal goals.
Individual Integration Sessions
After the KAP experience, you’ll meet individually with Jon or myself — or both — to reflect, process, and receive personalized guidance.
Group Remote Integration
Conclude the cycle with a one-hour group remote integration session.
Connect with fellow cohort members, share insights, and reinforce the work you’ve done.
