I have been treating people with OCD for a long time. Going back to grad school, interning – I had a knack for running groups with people who were suffering from this condition. In three decades, that has evolved into my specialty. And, indeed, evolved from there as well, as I began to see much comorbidity between ADHD, OCD, and Higher functioning Autism.
I treat OCD via two-pronged approach: I attack the symptoms behaviorally. This usually transitions into a more psychodynamic way.
And the foundation for the way that I treat, is built on a strong humanistic and artistic values.
